Tarot readings are, by law, for entertainment purposes only. A tarot reading is subject to interpretation and is not an absolute. All tarot readings given by me are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. 

A tarot reading does not replace professional medical/legal/ business opinion and advice. The contents of a tarot reading are not legally binding. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your tarot reading are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me, your tarot reader. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my tarot readings. Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times. 

Chthonic Healing services are a complement to traditional medical/psychiatric treatments, and NOT a replacement. Chthonic Healing services are meant to address the spiritual causes of suffering and help you achieve wholeness in conjunction with whatever medical treatments your doctor has prescribed. For serious medical conditions or emergencies, please consult your physician.

By purchasing a service with Chthonic Healing, you fully understand and agree to the above terms and forfeit all right to bring a suit against Chthonic Healing, its stake holders or the stakeholders of any property where Chthonic Healing is operating. I will ask for clarification when needed, and understand that a tarot reading is not in any way a psychotherapeutic relationship, and therefore is not governed by, or responsible to, relevant licensing boards.

Age Restrictions

I only provide services to those who are 18 years of age or older. I do not require proof of age; that is up to you to use your discretion when purchasing a reading. I take zero responsibility for readings purchased for someone who is under age when I clearly state you must be 18+ to purchase a reading. By accepting this reading you confirm you are 18 years of age or over.

Cancellations

I reserve the right to deny or cancel appointments.

Canceling a session is permitted up to 24 hours after purchase. Refunds will not be granted with less than a 48 hour notice. Kindly note that there are no exceptions. Please email chthonichealing@gmail.com to send notice of a cancellation.
